Gurdwara Sahib Prabandhak Committee President: S. Bhajan Singh Dulai S. Bhajan Singh Dulai has lived in Sugar Land for the last 20 years. He owns businesses in the Houston and Sugar Land area, and has been an active member of the sikh community for the past several years. His interests include activities at the gurdwara to create social, political and religious awareness among the Punjabis.

 Vice_President: S. Najjar Singh Birah S. Najjar Singh Birah has lived in Sugar Land for the last 10 years. He owns Cafe India on the the William Trace Blvd. and India Chat in Sugar Land. An active social worker, Najjar has very kindly allowed use of his dining hall as the temporary location for the Sunday diwan at no charge. He also prepares the ‘langar’ and provides supplies.

Joint Secretary: Mrs. Surinder Kaur Randhawa Mrs. Randhawa has been a resident of Sugar Land for the last 25 years. She has been an active member of the Breen Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee. She is a devout sikh, and is well versed in ‘gurbani, shabad and kirtan’. All the religious activities at the Gurdwara Sahib are conducted under her supervision. She is also an advisor to the Sikh Youth Council on religious matters.

Joint Treasurer:  S. Parminder Singh Takhar S. Parminder Singh Thakkar has been a resident of Sugar Land for several years. He owns businesses in the Houston and Sugar Land area, and has been an active member of the sikh community. His contributions to the Gurdwara Sikh Temple have been noteworthy. Due to his efforts, Gurdwara Sahib has an audio-visual system, which helps the sangat listen to the ‘gurbani’ during Sunday dewan. He has a great sense of community service.

 Treasurer: S. Shivinderpal Singh Randhawa S. Shivinderpal Singh Randhawa has lived in Sugar Land for the last 25 years. An engineer by profession, he has made significant contributions to the organization of the sikh community in Houston. He is knowledgeable and honest, and has been instrumental in establishing and running the Gurdwara Sahib of Houston (Breen). Gurdwara Sahib Prabandhak Committee has benefitted a lot from his experience in starting the gurdwara from ‘scratch’.

 Secretary: Dr.Tejendra Singh Gill Dr.Gill has been a resident of Sugar Land for almost 15 years. An Associate Professor at the University of Houston (Central Campus), he has been participating in religious activities in Houston area Gurdwaras. He offered to be the spokes person for the Gurdwara Sahib Prabandhak Committee, and has been involved with fund raising for buying the land for establishing a permanent place for the “Guru”. He would like to continue his efforts as long as “Wahe Guru” gives him the opportunity to do so.

 Public Relations (Finance): S. Amarjeet Singh Birah S. Amarjeet Singh Birah has been residing in Sugar Land for the last several years. A businessman by profession, he is strongly motivated and a hard working young man. He was one of the main sevadars, who first started the dewan on Sunday, April 23rd, 2006. He visualizes Gurdwara Sikh Temple as a place of worship, where the people of Greater Houston area will be able to fulfill their religious obligations. He is very social and interacts closely with fellow sevadars.
